If I could give a zero I would. I received two confirmation texts reminding me of my appointment but turned up and was told that there was no beauty therapist in today. Thank you for cancelling with no notice the evening before my holiday. Absolute pirates avoid at all costs.

Had to wait for a while for the appointment but it was efficient. The Russian volume lashes are very dramatic so if you want a natural look go for something different.
