Yesterday I had one of the worst waxed I’ve had in years. I’ve been going here for a couple of years and have usually had good experiences, but yesterday I was waxed by a new woman. It was incredibly painful and has left me with raw, weeping skin all around my bikini line which now makes wearing underwear very uncomfortable. In my opinion, the quality of staff has gone downhill. Would not advise getting waxed here!
