Staff were great and hair wash was really nice. However, the hair cut did not come out how I wanted and it was very rushed, so was not properly checked after and so next day realised the length was a bit uneven.

Treatment: Wash & cut, mid-length long-layered curly hair.
Venue: Receptionist was friendly; I was offered a drink twice but declined. However William's lovely toddler daughter kept smashing metallic balls on a chain against a wall throughout and no attempt was made to stop her.
Experience: William was styling another client. After a 10 sec look at my hair we agreed to re-layer it. Receptionist had never washed hair before & struggled. Layers were cut too short; shortest is to my eyebrow :(
