Despite the booking, I had an Strip Wax Hollywood Waxing rather than hot wax as per booking. The beauty consultant just told me that they ran out of hot wax when she had already started the treatment. I would therefore ask for a partial refund of my booking.

Wafa is quick and efficient. Disappointed that I had to wait 20/25 mins due to the previous appointment. However they were very apologetic. The treatment was good.
