I went for a very simple haircut. Staff were lovely however when they washed my hair and a lot of the water went down my back. They dry cut my hair despite washing it and, I know I’m quite tall (5ft 9) but I had to stand up when they cut my hair! I’m fairly relaxed so wasn’t too bothered about the experience but if someone wants something super fast (20 Mins) and isn’t bothered about having an “experience” then it’s great.

Allowed me to book on a day for a treatment that they don't provide. not remotely apologetic. Just told me to get a refund on Treatwell. Total waste of time. Will never go back.
