Treatwell has an issue with double bookings so I ended up waiting 40 minutes. My treatment was fine the lady was really nice but then I went to pay and they didn’t have three quarter arms on their list so charged £20 when it should have been £18 had the maths been right.The other lady there was quite rude about it just sat on the sofa + I didn’t appreciate her tone with me.The lady who actually took the payment and did my waxing was so lovely though and was being really nice to me about it.
