I arrived on time, but had to wait 45 mins while the only stylist there attended to another customer. After that, the stylist ignored me and went for a smoke (indoors initially!), then started closing up (closing the window grills, etc)
At this point, I told him that I was running late and asked how long he would take to start. He took me to wash my hair, but only used shampoo and didn't condition my hair at all. Halfway through the blow dry, he left me to continue closing up the shop. Terrible!

The staff aren’t particularly friendly or welcoming, I wasn’t greeted at the door and was bluntly told to go downstairs. After waiting for ten minutes without being met I went upstairs where I was told that the waxer knew I was there and to wait downstairs. I wasn’t seen for another five minutes making the appointment 15 minutes late. The waxer was incredibly friendly and apologetic, and she did quite a good job though she missed a few bits and left quite a few stray hairs.
