I booked a manicure and spa pedicure. If you like nail polish this isn't the one for you as painting your hands and feet is not included. The treatment ran 30 mins over due to unnecessary picking at my cuticles (hands and feet) until bleeding. Staff were rude and didn't say 2 words to be the whole time I was in there and came away feeling angry and upset and ripped off. Won't be going again, will stick to the usual walk in ones on the high street where a mani/pedi is just that.
I got my nails painted and they looked incredible, I didn't know what to expect because of the price, I honestly thought it was a typo lol but for £3! You get way more than you pay for, there are loads of colours to choose from and the finish is beautiful n clean, really really neat. I'd definitely come back.
Hairdresser Luda was so passionate and very polite , my son had a really good cut at Cleopetra . She was so friendly and did the best to make my kid settle down while having the hair cut , that is very important when the hair cut is for a toddler .
The price was very much affordable . Can't expect more . Will go back again soon for my own hair cut and also when the next hair cut is due for my son .

Seconds time I have been to Cleopatra, always a great Lash Tint that lasts weeks! Friendly staff and calm atmosphere
