Average experience. Beautician was 20 minutes late to the appointment, didn’t speak at all and there was no music so just felt a bit odd. But overall, average wax. Also didn’t want to have all hair removed but it was all removed. However, she gave me another small wax for free for the error.

I booked this massage very last minute as I really needed a massage there and then. I struggle a lot with tension and anxiety and pain and it’s hard to find the perfect pressure balance for me. But I was in for a big surprise. Grace is the incredibly talented and attentive. I explained my situation and the relief I was looking for and I was greeted in heaven. Grace used a multitude of techniques and methods and it was exactly what I asked for.

Grace was amazing from start to finish. She was so attentive from the minute I arrived and took the time for a thorough consultation to understand my needs. The massage was honestly the best I’ve had-she focused on each area with care and used a variety of techniques. She really took her time and you can tell the massage is different to many out there with her skill and professionalism. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend!
