As I expected I started to love the colour after a few washes, it became more natural and less marked.
Claudio was super nice, listening to my needs and understanding. I asked to only trim the ends and that is what he did. He did bring his suggestion to the table but finally followed what I requested. It was a busy afternoon but still he found the time to come check on me regularly.
