It is always a pleasure going to Claudio’s salon. I like his treatments, colour mix and above all, I am always pleased and happy when I come out. He is pleasant, considerate, friendly and caring. He is very good with all his customers. I recommend him to anyone who is undecided about what to do with their hair. He can fix problems and he can create new looks. He listens and won’t do anything you are not happy with.

Perfect as always! I only go there for a haircut and always have Ale do my haircut. She do it good everytime and has a real technique. The salon is very nice and luminous and staff are very friendly. My shampoo was also well done without pulling my hair, as some other salon have done in the past. Highly recommended hair salon and hairdresser.

I had really great expectations even after I got there and I was really disappointed after. First the place is extremely untidy , dusty and dated , second the hairdresser on the phone constant and in love in himself. My hair turned greyish, exactly as I didn't want and the colour last 2 weeks only . Some places on Treatwell are great but it is not in this case, sadly .

I booked an appointment for monday at 17:30. When I arrived at the salon a lady told me to wait there and claudio will come soon. I was waiting there while 3 other customers came into the salon. They got their treatments straight away.
After 1 hour of waiting I decided to leave.
Before I left I asked the lady where Caludio is. She said he was not even in the building. When i booked the appointment online i selected no specific staff member, i dont understand why i had to wait for Claudio.
