Nice result, but I do find it irritating that staff chat amongst themselves all the time and don't really pay attention to customers - also being there.

Worst haircut I have ever had. I will have to go elsewhere to get it fixed as don't feel confident to go back and ask them to correct it. Felt awful when I left. No hot water from tap, burnt my ear.
