Probably one of the best and fastest hollywood waxes I have ever had. The therapist was lovely! She was also helpful with haircut and colour recommendations. Would definitely visit her again.
The treatment had a great price and the result was good but the facilities are out of date and therapist, although being very nice, didn't speak english. Overall, the relation price/quality was equilibrated.
Could not get the days I was looking for, called after a week for few times but the call was never answerd.

I decided to go to Claudia for eyebrow threading after having tried the waxing in this saloon.
I got the appointment for the same day and the result was also great.
I knew Claudia already as the last time she proved to be professional and did a very good job.
I'm very surprised about all the positive reviews. I've booked a Hollywood and underarm wax treatment. The salon doesn't look great from the outside and I wasn't sure if I should go in. When I came in there were three women there chatting in another language, Rumanian as I later found out. I i felt a bit uncomfortable because i wasn't sure if they were talking about me. The owner asked me to take a seat and one of the women reluctantly gave up her seat for me. The treatment room is fine. Small but clean and okay or the purpose. The owner did the treatment and she was really friendly and chatty. The treatment however was bad. She strip-waxed one underarm, not using baby powder and then half strip- half hot-waxed the other. One is okay the other is so irritated that it still burns 24hrs after. The Hollywood was even worse. Again no powder was used when strip-waxing and she really damaged my skin. I didn't quite realise it when she did as it's obviously painful anyway, but when I put my pants back on I started burning severely and I thought something is wrong. I went home and checked and saw that she stripped some skin off. It not only looks like a massive burn it feels like it too and is very sore. The worst wax I've ever had.
