Received a good cut. Despite saying she was trimming and me adding 1inch at back only 1-2 at front she cut more off. But I'm pleased with it and my request for a bit of layer at rear (put back) she gave me a good look at the back. She kept saying my hair was SO long so I was half expecting her to charge me more.
But she did a good job. I let her skip shampoo/conditioner so she could spend more time on cut/blow dry.
My booking was for someone else. She told me that person wasn't here today.
Great. But I like this salon.

It was extremely efficient which I loved and pretty much painless. The ambiance isn't great because there seems to be some kind of construction going on but I didn't notice that once I was downstairs.
