I got the pedi w/ complimentary polish.after getting my toes done she comes up to me and says it’s gona be an extra 15£?I showed her the booking as it says I’m supposed to get complementary polish and she saysthe extra charge is for gel (which was already done and hadnt asked me prior to painting) I waited 40min for my feet to soak in cold water when I had asked how long it would take she then rushed my job.barely scrubbing my feet. it seems like she ran out of lotion n she put a dimesize n left
