waited over 40 minutes from appointment time.Someone who walked in after me ended up getting nails done first.The lady doing my nails ended up going to another client and making me wait even longer.Was also asked to start removing gel by myself? Then charged for an extra gel removal because I only paid for one removal.Gel was all drilled off. Other people were asked if they would like a water apart from me.Being pregnant and having to wait around after rushing to get there in time was really👎🏼

Masters in the salon are nice and attentive, making a client happy is their first priority. Do not hesitate to share your preferences, ideas and expectations :)

Service was fanatic. Received a complimentary drink, I opted for water. Yeh therapist was lovely. I would absolutely use this place again.
Be warned they charge an extra £5 to remove previous gel polish which is a bit odd
