I booked wash and cut and prepaid via the app as I always do. As soon as I entered, the lady told me that the price I paid was too cheap and I responded that this is the price you advertise on Treatwell. As I didn’t want to make any trouble, I agreed no need for wash just cut. Then after I finished my hair cut the lady demanded more payment as dry cut costs more and I couldn’t believe the greed and the bad customer service. I submitted a complaint to treatwell and won’t come back.

Booked (and paid) two weeks in advance, arrived to find the shop was closed, shutters down etc, tried to call - no answer. Nobody bothered to call or email to let me know they weren’t open or to reschedule!!
