WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!!!!!
been to many different salons, in different country but this one is by far the WORST! got my nails done GEL, so it would stay longer, yesterday and is already peeling off today. and they wont give me my money back. said they could fix it but of course i don’t want that!!!! don’t want to have to come back everyday because the GEL is peeling!!!!!

It said I had a booking with krystal T however I was surprised when I arrived and my nail tech was Jill. Not an issue really,they were nice and professional and my nails look very good. It was just a bit confusing and probably could have been organised better. I also have a small cut from the cuticle pulling, it doesn't hurt just a tiny but of Blood visible. I also had a pedicure and I enjoyed this thoroughly. I could've been scrubbed a bit more but overall a positive experience.

Nails were fab nail service was great the technician was lovely BUT THE manager was not all about money money and trying to tell me I hadn’t clicked the right option for infill nails when there’s only one option for infills it doesn’t state gel or normal polish as he kept trying to tell me and tried to get an extra £6 out of me you need 2 options for everything you offer if your charging different prices for gel infills or normal polish infills but if you scroll through each treatment very few offer gel/normal polish 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ I had no problem paying for gel if there was an option but there clearly isn’t it goes infills regular, classy or marvellous each just saying in the details ‘polish’ I even showed him and he was huffing and puffing over it 😑 not the best way to keep customers or retain current ones! Where as the pedicure did state normal polish so I was happy to pay the extra for gel…. I’m not stupid!
