I wanted to leave a great review but don’t feel I can being truthful, my experience was just okay.
Pros:
-Good gel colour range
-Gel colour applied well
-Person doing my nails was professional and polite
-Acrylics applied okay
Cons:
-To take off my nails they were drilled very far before any acetone was applied
-No apology for hurting my skin with the drill
-Nails significantly different lengths and filed unevenly with no apology
Overall not worth it for the price.

Overall i am pleased with my gel nails.
Pros: extensive colour choice, polite staff, good price and convenient location, offered a drink
Cons:
I booked nail art, but ended up just choosing to have different colours on different nails, as when I mentioned nail art the girl didnt seem overly confident about it or have any ideas, and they said I'd have to pay more despite already selecting it on treatwell
- gel removal was rough, the acetone was left on for barely 5 mins so she really scraped at my nail bed (I'd prefer it to be left on for at least 10 to properly soften the gel)
- the tools and bench were pretty unclean. The files and buffers in particular looked ancient
- they need better ventilation as as soon as you open the door you are hit by the smell of acrylics
Overall ok, and I would consider coming again given the good price and location.
