Haven’t had a bad haircut in years. Stylist completely ignored my requests and I left very unhappy, with an uneven haircut. Also kept trying to sell me additional treatments I had no interest in. Maintained my hair has to be blown out for her to be able to tell whether the haircut is even (never heard a professional say that in my life). Disappointed as reviews for the venue seemed overwhelmingly positive.
