I want to start off by saying my previous visits to this place have been great. This was the first time I went in for a haircut. Stella was friendly and inviting, but unfortunately it was very difficult to communicate with her given her limited English. The cut was poor, masked by styling that looked great on the day, but was gone overnight. I was upsold a hair mask, but my hair ended up looking heat-damaged from the styling. I had to go to another salon to fix the shoddy haircut.
