I was told my hair would take well but would need a treatment at the end to ensure it stays healthy. However, unfortunately I was sent home with wet hair that kind of looked curly but mainly just looked wet. Unfortunately when my hair did dry (at home) it was just frizzy and damaged. No curls or even a slight wave in sight. I reached out to Ella and she said to re visit the salon for another treatment and cut (risking further damage) I requested a refund for the damaged hair which was denied.

Lovely stylist Ella, but I wasn’t happy with treatment. Cut was fine but whenshe blowdried my hair, she left the round brush at the end to create ‘flicks at the end’ and continued to dry other parts, which pulled my hair, and broke pieces too. After blowdry, my hair looked flat and vv frizzy so asked for straightener, and even then it still looked bad. Had to run to nearest shop and get grip pins and hair cream to slap it back, then had to fix at home. Unfortunate as I can style better at home.
