My second and last time.
The hairdresser doing my hair was incredibly rude. She did not address my concerns RE how my hair was being cut and styled and was quite dismissive. I have curly hair so I was specific about how I like it blow dried and was completely disregarded.
She was also incredibly blunt and was very aggressive with how she was blowdrying my hair, huffing while tossing towels around.
On top of that, the haircut itself was not ideal. It is uneven and I still have split ends

I had a haircut with Emma, and she was great. I had a major change with some new bang,s so she looked through all the inspo images with me and worked through the haircut to make sure it's what suited me and I was comfortable. Also helped me understand how to style it.
