I have always been extremely nervous about getting my hair cut, the last time was Aug 2013! However the lady I got was amazing!! She talked me through what she thought would look good and I now have the best hair I've ever had!! She is now my official hairdresser! Definitely go here!!

Had a basic trim + blow dry, happy with the result. Paul who cut my hair was very friendly and easy to chat to. Good value especially with a £10 off voucher. Will go back again for my next cut.

My appointment with Claritys' artistic director was very disappointing. Having given her extremely clear instructions on exactly how I wanted my men's haircut, she chose to ignore my wishes: I expressly asked her for a tapered haircut via the scissor-and-comb method, explicitly stressing that I did not want the sides of my hair rounded off to the shape of my head. However, within 5 minutes of asking me what I desired, she had used shaving clippers to start administering the undercut that I specifically wanted to avoid.
After stopping her from exacting further desecration to my hair, she was professional and polite enough to attempt to fix the problem. Nevertheless, the damage had already been inflicted, and she could not do anything to rectify the situation.
Subsequently, I was forced to purchase a hat to hide my embarrassment for two weeks, and had to attend a job interview with a professional services firm with one of the worst haircuts I have received. Whilst my experience may not be indicative of the general experience with this hairdresser, I would advise you to heed my warning. I will not be using Claritys' services again.
