It was an ok experience. The cut was simple so there couldn't be anything that could go wrong but i wasn't 100% satisfied and had same cut done better in a different salon, so I wouldn't come back to this place. The staff was nice though and welcoming.

I was extremely satisfied with the experience as Ainsley was lovely and friendly and she styled my hair exactly how I described to her and so now it looks amazing! Thank you.
The only thing was the voucher was for half highlight and cut for £69 but I needed my roots touching up as they were grey. I didn't mind paying a little extra but it ended up costing £100 so felt a little ripped off! My hair is really short too so it was disappointingly expensive!

Ainsley did an excellent job of highlighting my hair exactly how I asked for it. She also cut it perfectly well and let one of the graduates finish my hair with a gorgeous curly blowdry! Thank you.
It would however have been really expensive without the discount using Treatwell.
