I cut my hair and made a mess of it, so I booked an appointment here to sort it out.

So disappointed. Firstly the stylist barely spoke to me which I found very off putting. I was going out that night so got my hair blow dried curly but 10 mins out of the salon and it was poker straight again. Unfortunately I didn't realise this until I was in the taxi home (the stylist also didn't show me the back of my hair like they usually do so I had no idea what it looked like anyway). Called to complain and they offered to redo it but I was already home and didn't have time to come back in. I was told that my hair was fine when I left so I couldn't get a refund. Basically paid £16 to get my hair washed. I'm not from Manchester and only went here because of the great reviews but I won't be going back to a place that treats their customers like this.
Blow Dry
It's was easy to book appointment all services and their rate was mention clearly.
Really friendly staff, my hair isn't the easiest and she blew dry it no need for strsightners afterwards! Really impressed I'll be returning
Had a great cut and blow dry with Rudi. I went a lot shorter than I have been in years and wasn't too sure at first but my hair felt in really good condition afterwards and I've received lots of compliments. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
