The treatment I booked was good, however I felt the staff were quite stand offish. They didn't make you feel welcome or comfortable, I wasn't offered a drink and they didn't attempt to even talk to me once.

I absolutely enjoyed the whole appointment. I had never had my hair and makeup done before so I was a little nervous beforehand but as soon as I stepped in the door I was greeted and welcomed very friendly.
When asked about my hair I had no idea. But my stylist did an amazing job and was very patient with all my questions!
My hair and makeup was commented on throughout the evening, so it must've impressed!
