I went to this venue to have some highlights for my wedding; I wanted them to be in two colours. I have received 20% off through Wahanda and paid it in full. However, the lady has charged me £25 extra for drying my hair (they call it blow dry), if it was not later on in the evening I would have gladly walked out with the wet hair. The lady who was highlighting my hair was friendly, she has offered me a cup of tea and never brought it to me. She also has left me sitting for 30min and did not offer me a magazine. When she was applying my hair colour I noticed that she was using only one colour. After I asked her about it, she has assured me that she used two. My hair looked slightly lighter but there was no major difference. Nobody has noticed that I have my hair coloured and I did not see much difference myself. It definitely was done in one colour as I could not see any other shades. All in all, it cost me £70 just for the highlights and there was no visible difference. I am not going back to the Claritys for sure.
Hair Colouring
The staff are very friendly and didn't keep me waiting at all. Saw me straight away and had my hair highlighted quicker than I have at any other salon which was great as usually I can be sat around for a good 2 hours. Good value and service.

I've never been to this salon before. My stylist gave me the exact cut I was looking for. I'll be going back again for cut & colour soon.

Great venue and very friendly staff. I was really impressed by my haircut, Ainsley made great suggestions and I'm really happy with how it turned out. Would recommend without hesitation.
