On arrival my coat was taken and hung up and I was offered a drink, a great first impression. My hairdresser, Rudi, was very helpful and knowledgeable about guiding me towards my new hair colour. She discussed what would work and once I was happy she started the colouring. After a long process of full head highlights/balayage with foils she toned and cut my hair. In the end the blend of tones was incredible, it looked so natural and I'm so happy with it! I will definately be returning.
