Caroline was lovely! She was very realistic with me about my personal expectation of the full head of highlights, especially that I have dark hair naturally. The result was amazing, I felt so happy with the result and we have a plan now, to reach my goal colour without damaging my hair. Also, the blow dry was very nice X
