I booked knowing that Darcey was in training, however her manager who was supposed to have a look over the final cut chose not to. If he would have done this, he would have noticed severe graduation at the back of my head - which has resulted in me having to go else where to get most of my hair cut in order to reduce the apparence of the graduation. I was so upset.
The only positive thing about my visit was the hair wash - it was lovely. So thank you for that.
