I paid for a senior stylist but the results of my blow dry were terrible!!! I asked for a simple, poker straight style because I could tell from the way way I was greeted to the way my hair was washed, that the salon could not deliver a high fashion style for my big event. Complete waste of money, my hair looked half done & frizzy. Very disappointed.

I’m not from Manchester and was in the city for an event when I got caught in the rain and my hair completely frizzed and fell flat after curling it at home.
Ella kindly fitted me in last minute for a GHD curl and completely saved the day! She was so friendly and genuinely interested in where I’d travelled from and the event I was attending.
My hair looked amazing when I left, and I felt so much more confident. I couldn’t have been happier with the service, thank you again!
