I had a haircut with Emma, and she was great. I had a major change with some new bang,s so she looked through all the inspo images with me and worked through the haircut to make sure it's what suited me and I was comfortable. Also helped me understand how to style it.

There wasn’t really a consultation before hand, felt rushed but because I only wanted a very basic haircut, straight cut to my shoulders I didn’t worry too much. I was clear in my request to have it cut no shorter than my shoulders but left with a bob. Felt really disappointed, which I think the stylist could tell. She was over wise lovely and chatty, just about 2 inches shorter than I asked for.
