The haircut itself turned out okay but the overall experience could have been better. The hair wash felt rushed and since it was my first time with Mia I was hoping for a warmer and more welcoming interaction. Her attitude wasn’t quite what I expected however the final result was okay. I just think a bit more friendliness would really improve the experience.
