I sat there for 15 minutes explaining exactly how I wanted my hair to turn out and then explaining exactly what I didn’t like. I undid my “pinned” curls and it’s exactly what I didn’t want. I don’t know how big piece-y waves that start from the base of your hair translated to straight limp hair that is curled from the tips. Clearly limited experience with curly blow outs and limited experience with naturally curly hair. Twice disappointed now with this salon so will never be coming again.
