Paul was so lovely and helped me to repair my hair from years of box dye. The colour is amazing and he gave me lots of recommendations for how to care for my hair. The girl who did my treatment and wash was also so lovely and it was very relaxing. So happy with my results and will definitely be a routine customer.

The environment was a little cold, the hair wash sink and scalp massage was uncomfortable and I jade a headache after and a neck ache, was hoping for more haircare and aftercare advice. No mask or treatment was included in wash and blow dry.
