The environment was a little cold, the hair wash sink and scalp massage was uncomfortable and I jade a headache after and a neck ache, was hoping for more haircare and aftercare advice. No mask or treatment was included in wash and blow dry.

The whole experience felt rushed. No invoice had been provided at the end. It seemed strange as the price advertised was completely different then what I was charged (almost double price) although I have not requested/ added any additional services. A bit disappointing to be fair.
