I had a holistic reflexology treatment with Clare, which I chose to help reduce stress. It was SO relaxing. I felt very chilled afterwards. Clare spent time before explaining what would happen. Then afterwards she spent time telling me what she found. She also offered water or rose tea afterwards. I had never tasted rose tea before but thoroughly enjoyed it.
From beginning to end the treatment was great, just what I needed.
