Such a great massage, was quite painful at the time as all my muscles were so tight and I’d foolishly done 2 quite intense work outs the day before. But I feel glorious now and didn’t wake up with any pain for the first time in ages! Definitely going to make this a regular occurrence.

FINALLY! Someone who actually does a PROPER sports massage/deep tissue! I knew he was the man when he warned “this is going to be painful.” (And he was right, I knew my body was in a mess from not getting regular massages and training hard). Stanley was great, professional, knows what he’s doing but tried to make me relaxed and comfortable even through the pain! Would highly recommend! His practice is in a room at the top floor of his home but don’t be put off by that, it’s very private, professional and legit!
