Excellent haircut from Claire. She listened to what I required and took time and trouble to give me the haircut I wanted. Claire is a very pleasant sympathetic person and although I was feeling quite stressed before my hair appointment (nothing to do with my haircut, just other things going on) I felt much more relaxed afterwards.
