I was left for 30 minutes sitting in the chair waiting in the salon, before any member of staff even came and touched my hair. If the appointment is running late, I would have appreciated a phone call. During this time and throughout my appointment, I was not offered a drink once. The salon looked dirty. When they washed my hair, I felt like I could do a better job and they didnt ask if the temperature was ok, it was freezing cold! Highlights are ok but not worth what I paid. Overall, I was really disappointed and feel like it was not worth £60.

I was thrilled to see that the owner was a lady who used to do my hair years ago, but we had lost touch. She is an amazing stylist and did a great job. I immediately booked in to get highlights and a trim on Monday.

I've had half head of highlights and a haircut and was really happy with the results...great value for money and very friendly staff. I will definitely go back and also recommend it to my friends.

I had half a head of highlights. The service was of high standard and it was a very comfortable experience overall. They knew how to work with my curly hair both in terms of the highlight size and in the drying afterwards. Did not charge extra for my long hair.
Overall, I was very pleased with the result and the experience.
