the woman who did my wax was chatty and very friendly it was a hugely quick but effective process. the salon is quite basic and and a bit shabby, but the treatment overall was great.

Civette is very reasonably priced. I didn't get the haircut that I wanted - she showed me one inch and then cut off almost 5! They also offer no refreshments. I went there on the hottest day of the year and wasn't offered a glass of water. Overall, the experience is fine if you just need a haircut, but it's not particularly relaxing/pampering, and there is a lot that could be done better.
