Service was very rushed and there's definitely room for improvement, but I had already anticipated it from reading previous reviews.
However, even worse was that waxing was done in the back room/staff room, where piles of hair-dye mixing bowls were in the sink and the door had a big gap so that all other guest could see you walking around half-naked if they wanted to. There was absolutely no atmosphere in the treatment room, and the main focus seems to be on hair-dressing not anything else.

I love the people there, but I was not fully satisfied with the colour of my hair!
