Rushed through the whole process. he women washing my hair repeatedly soaked my clothes and face with water and the hair cut was completely rushed and she seemed annoyed when i asked for a little more shape cut around the face (i had originally asked for a trim and some shape put in around the face, so not an unreasonable request).

The staff were very nice and friendly however they were running behind and it felt quite rushed. The cut I got was fine but it wasn't what I asked for. I feel like because they were rushing they didn't listen properly to what I had asked and therefore I'm not particularly satisfied.
