I've been here before and it was great, unfortunately the result this time wasn't as great. I went in for full head of highlights and have left with half my highlights being darker than my highlights were before. The haircut feels a bit like my hair was chopped and isn't quite what I wanted. I understand they were understaffed due to illness and not a lot could be done on the day. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be back and am sure a lot of it was to do with the understaffing but the result is not ideal and I won't have time to get this sorted this side of Christmas.
