I was very happy with the result and with the way Cinzia advised me. Most of the saloons try to charge you more than what you pay making up reasons. This is not the case! The girls at Civette are professional and give you advice based on what you really need.

I've been here before and it was great, unfortunately the result this time wasn't as great. I went in for full head of highlights and have left with half my highlights being darker than my highlights were before. The haircut feels a bit like my hair was chopped and isn't quite what I wanted. I understand they were understaffed due to illness and not a lot could be done on the day. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be back and am sure a lot of it was to do with the understaffing but the result is not ideal and I won't have time to get this sorted this side of Christmas.
