Loved it! Martina’s amazing!! I normally go to her for her amazing massages however the past few times I’ve been to Civette she has also cleaned my eyebrows, waxed my upper lip and given me a facial and I would hands down return to get them done again. I’ve never had a facial before but Martina explained what she was going to do throughout the whole process and constantly made sure that I was ok
The other staff were really friendly and made me feel comfortable while I was waiting

I got a Hollywood wax here a few days ago and it was very quick, efficient and friendly service. My only comment would be that it wasn't clear on the website that the Hollywood wax is done with strip wax and not hot wax.

This was a terrible experience with an even worse result. What should have been a simple treatment - roots and highlights on blonde, came out way to dark with lowlights that made me look so drab. My hair was managed roughly, water down my back and jeans, no conditioner and comments like 'Cinzia does what Cinzia wants'. The lighting in the salon isn't helpful. I had to have the whole thing re-done the following day by someone else. I would have gone back if I felt that the result would have been successful. A very costly and disappointing experience. To be fair, there was another hairdresser with short dark hair that did a lovely balayage for her client.
