One of the hair stylists had called in sick so the salon was overbooked and chaotic. The ladies did the best they could to deal with this pressure but my 1 hr 45 min appointment lasted 3 hours (I don’t have a lot of hair). No order, several people did my highlights, some sections were left in for too long. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning.
