This was a terrible experience with an even worse result. What should have been a simple treatment - roots and highlights on blonde, came out way to dark with lowlights that made me look so drab. My hair was managed roughly, water down my back and jeans, no conditioner and comments like 'Cinzia does what Cinzia wants'. The lighting in the salon isn't helpful. I had to have the whole thing re-done the following day by someone else. I would have gone back if I felt that the result would have been successful. A very costly and disappointing experience. To be fair, there was another hairdresser with short dark hair that did a lovely balayage for her client.

Hollywood waxing great as always. Sadly with the eyebrow waxing it was plucking not waxing, and my brows were cut in a few places leaving me with scratches and scabs.
