I booked my appointment on Treatwell last minute in the morning. When I arrived at the Salon in the afternoon they didn't seem to have received my booking and were not expecting me. However, even though all the staff seemed somewhat stressed, they managed to start my appointment 10 minutes or so after I arrived. The wash was fine but nothing special - two very quick and quite unthorough shampoos. I was hoping that they would at least condition my hair as the ends are very dry. The staff member who then blowdried and styled my hair was very smiley and friendly and styled it well.
