Staff were friendly. The venue was a bit small considering the number of guest being treated and only two staff members being on shift. The staff were pretty much treating two customers at the same time which was impressive but on the other hand, also made it, time consuming and not really relaxing for me as a customer. Still, the staff were knowledgable and giving valuable suggestions. The results were okay, I'm glad the colour washed out a bid after two days because it turned out to be a bit too strong.
