First time of using treatwell and also this salon. It is very small so do be aware of that if you are uncomfortable with that kind of salon. I had no problem and Carla was quick to get started on me. She had a tough job as I had a full head highlights that I had left to grow roots out for about 3 months. She talked to me about the shade I wanted and ensured full coverage of my hair. Also left it on longer than usual to ensure it would blend with my blond. Very happy with the results and have had positive comments from people about it. Will be returning as it suits my needs and also the timing as they open until 8pm on a Thursday evening. Many thanks!!

Got my Keratin treatment done by Bernadette who was lovely and professional. Have had straightening treatments done before and this one seems up to par to others which I’ve paid over 200£ for. Would recommend however this isn’t a Brazilian blow dry as described- just a keratin treatment so there is a 3 day period of no washing hair or putting your hair up!
