Despite being the first appointment of the day right when Civette opened, I was put in chair for 20 minutes before they even spoke to me to ask me what I wanted. They sped through my foils. They go to take them out and they are streaky, chunky, and nothing at all what I wanted or asked for. They ask if I like the color and I tell them that I dont and they make me pay £10 on the way out for a lens (??) and picked my coat off the ground of the storage room where they threw it. Horrible experience.

I have medium hair and came in for a trim and asked for layers at the front. After blow dry it looked nice but I tried playing with my hair when I got back and it was awful. When I put my hair up all front was so uneven it was impossible to have it up so I had to rebook at more expensive place to fix it as I look like a bloody cockatoo. I’m not sure how a ‘senior stylist’ or any trained hairdresser could cut hair like this. Also there’s no working bathroom and they hang coats in a standing sun bed and didn’t offer a glass of water or a drink. I was 5 mins late and when I came there was another girl just starting her haircut... really bad experience.
